Do you provide free quotes?
Yes. Contact us with some information about your project, including the location, approximate dimensions and photos if available. Depending on the project, we can provide an initial indication or arrange an onsite quote.
How much does concreting cost?
Every project is different. Price depends on the size of the area, concrete type and finish, excavation and preparation required, thickness, reinforcement, site access, concrete removal and other site conditions. Contact us for a quote based on your project.
Do you remove existing concrete?
Yes. Existing concrete removal, excavation and disposal can be included as part of the job where required.
Do you handle excavation and site preparation?
Yes. We can handle excavation, removal of unsuitable material, preparation, base material, boxing/formwork and reinforcement as part of the complete concreting job.
Do you supply all materials?
Yes. For full-service projects we can organise the concrete, reinforcement, formwork and other materials required for the job.
Do you provide exposed aggregate?
Yes. We provide exposed aggregate for driveways, pathways, patios and other suitable outdoor concrete areas.
How long does a typical job take?
It depends on the size and complexity of the project, excavation and preparation requirements, access and weather. Smaller projects may only take a few days, while larger or more complex projects take longer. We discuss the anticipated schedule with the customer before work starts.
How long before customers can walk or drive on new concrete?
Concrete needs time to cure properly. Light foot traffic may be possible relatively soon after placement, but vehicles should remain off the concrete until it has gained sufficient strength. We provide specific instructions for each job because curing times can vary depending on concrete type, weather and project requirements.
What happens if it rains?
Concrete work is weather dependent. If conditions are unsuitable for preparation or pouring, we may reschedule the work to protect the quality of the finished concrete.
Do customers need to be home when you quote?
Not always. For some projects we can initially assess photos, measurements and site information. If an onsite inspection is required, we will arrange a suitable time.
Can customers send photos for an initial estimate?
Yes. Photos, measurements, the job address and details about access are very helpful for assessing a project initially.
Do you help customers choose colours and finishes?
Yes. We can discuss the available concrete types, colours, aggregates and finishes and help you select an option suitable for your property and budget.
Do you organise council approvals when required?
No.
Do you provide a written quote?
Yes.

1. Scope & Inclusions
Project scope and inclusions are as detailed in the written quote, including specified materials. Any variations must be agreed in writing.
2. Quoting & Estimates
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Pricing may change if variations or unforeseen site conditions arise.
3. Site Conditions & Access
Customers must ensure site access and prepare the area free of hazards. Hidden issues or unexpected excavation may incur extra charges.
4. Scheduling & Delays
Work schedules depend on weather and supplier availability. We are not liable for delays outside our control.
5. Permits & Approvals
Obtaining necessary permits is generally the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Payment Terms
Payments are due as per the quote. A deposit may be required before work commences. Full payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise.
Workmanship is warranted to meet applicable Australian standards. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
By engaging our services, you consent to photos or marketing materials using images of the completed work unless you opt out.
Disputes will be resolved promptly and amicably. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
